Yes. A free account registration is required in order to purchase and download any content from Orangegraphics Store. There is no possibility to obtain our products with Guest account type.
How can I download again a 3d model that I have downloaded before?
You can download at no additional charge any previously purchased products in the panel at My account/My Downloads
How to download the model(s) I have just purchased?
You should receive files for download right after payment. You can download your purchased models at the My account/My Downloads
I need an invoice on my company’s name.
An invoice for your order will be automatically generated using the data from the My account/Addresses. If you had not received an invoice, please contact us at sales@orangegraphics-store.com

Is there a time limit for downloading obtained goods?
No. All successfull purchases are permanently stored in your My account/My Downloads and will be available for unlimited number of downloads/re-downloads.
